Vipers Netball Club is excited to share that in 2026 we will be “testing the waters” by entering a team in the Pine Rivers Netball Association (PRNA) Winter Season.
As part of our ongoing commitment to supporting the growth and development of our club, we are exploring opportunities that may broaden competitive pathways and strengthen connections across the wider netball community. PRNA was identified as a potential opportunity for Vipers to learn more about alternative competition environments and assess whether this pathway may be beneficial for our members in future seasons.
Trial Approach for 2026 – One Team Only
To manage risk and assess suitability, Vipers will be undertaking this as a trial for the 2026 season, entering one team only under PRNA.
Important information about this trial team:
-
This team has already been selected
-
Vipers is entering one team only
-
The team is for the Cadets age group
-
No additional PRNA teams or registrations are being offered for 2026
This trial approach allows the club to evaluate operational, competitive, and logistical considerations while ensuring the experience is positive and manageable for both the club and participating players.
topLooking Ahead
If this trial proves successful, we will consider expanding this opportunity with additional teams in 2027 and beyond, depending on demand, outcomes, and suitability for the club.
