• By purchasing cookies through the Vipers Netball Club DPNA Fundraiser, customers acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:
  
  Fundraiser Purpose
  This fundraiser is being held by Vipers Netball Club to support club operations, events, resources and member support.
  
  Fundraiser Date
  The Vipers DPNA Cookie Fundraiser will be held on Saturday August 15th, 2026 at DPNA, Windsor.
  
  Supplier
  Cookies will be supplied by Dee from Crumm Cookies, a local business engaged by Vipers Netball Club for this fundraiser.
  
  Product Details
  Cookies are approximately 100g each and will be available in a variety of flavours, including Biscoff, Bueno, Dubai Chocolate, Nutella and Original. Flavours are subject to availability.
  
  Pricing
  Cookies will be sold at:
  $6.00 each
  4 for $20.00
  
  Pre-Sales
  Pre-sales are available through the Vipers Netball Club website. Orders are only confirmed once payment has been received.
  
  Pick-Up Details
  Pre-ordered cookies can be collected from the Vipers stall at DPNA, Windsor, on Saturday August 15th, 2026, from 8:00am onwards.
  
  Collection Responsibility
  It is the purchaser’s responsibility to collect their order on the day of the fundraiser. Vipers Netball Club is unable to guarantee storage or availability of uncollected orders after the event unless prior arrangements have been made with the Management Committee.
  
  Flavour Availability
  While every effort will be made to provide the selected flavours, flavour availability may be limited and is subject to final production numbers. If a selected flavour becomes unavailable, Vipers Netball Club may offer an alternative flavour where possible.
  
  Allergen Information
  Cookies may contain, or come into contact with, common allergens including gluten, dairy, eggs, nuts, hazelnuts, pistachios, chocolate products and other ingredients used in commercial food preparation. Customers with allergies or dietary requirements should consider this carefully before purchasing.
  
  No Allergy-Free Guarantee
  Vipers Netball Club and Crumm Cookies cannot guarantee that any cookie is free from allergens or traces of allergens.
  
  Refunds
  Refunds will not be provided for change of mind once an order has been placed. Refund requests due to exceptional circumstances may be considered by the Vipers Netball Club Management Committee on a case-by-case basis.
  
  Order Changes
  Any request to change an order must be made in writing to the Vipers Netball Club Management Committee as soon as possible. Changes cannot be guaranteed once orders have been finalised for production.
  
  Weather or Event Changes
  If there are changes to the DPNA fundraiser arrangements due to weather or other circumstances outside the club’s control, Vipers Netball Club will communicate any updated collection details to members and purchasers where possible.
  
  Food Handling
  Vipers Netball Club will take reasonable care when handling and distributing fundraiser orders. Once collected, responsibility for storage and consumption of the cookies passes to the purchaser.
  
  Management Committee Discretion
  Vipers Netball Club Management Committee reserves the right to make reasonable adjustments to ordering, collection, distribution or fundraiser arrangements where required.
